We have some exciting events for you to enjoy on Bank Holiday Monday at Phyllis Court Club!

Brunch with Jazz

Come and enjoy a delicious brunch with meals including smoked haddock fishcakes, a superfood salad or traditional roast beef. Mr Spillett's live band will be accompanying brunch with an exciting Jazz performance. Mr Spillett is a superb jazz technician and is one of the UK’s most respected tenor saxophonists.

His rhythm section comprises three very fine players who mark time, create harmony and add deep sparkle to Mr Spillett’s melodious performances. Simon Spillett (tenor), Alex Steele (piano), Paul Jefferies (bass) and Chris Nickolls (drums).

Carvery Served - Roast Sirloin of Aberdeen angus beef with Yorkshire pudding & red wine gravy
served with roast potatoes & seasonal vegetables

“Californian”
Avocado, roast tomatoes, smoked salmon, rye bread & chilli sauce with poached eggs

Smoked haddock fishcakes with chunky tartar sauce & fries

Hand carved Berkshire ham, fried duck egg & chips (gf)

“Superfood salad”
Charred broccoli, sunflower seeds, beetroot, avocado, spinach & quinoa with lemon pepper dressing (v)

Warm salad of Scottish smoked salmon, poached eggs, asparagus & flat cap mushroom

Desserts:
Bramley apple trifle crumble with vanilla ice-cream (v)

Chocolate orange truffle cake with white chocolate (v)

Crème Brulee

Classic lemon tart with cream & raspberry’s (v)

Family Fun

Invite your family along to enjoy garden games and face painting in the afternoon. Book your table in the Orangery to enjoy lunch, afternoon tea or supper. Food will be served in the Orangery all day and face painting will be from 14.30-16.00. Come along for a delicious meal and some fun and games!
