Ballroom

The grand and historic Ballroom is perfect for making a big impact. With beautiful classic architecture, columns and decorative mouldings adorning the walls, this magnificent space exudes grandeur. Large amounts of natural light are introduced by the Conservatory, which sits behind the ballroom.

For those looking to celebrate or run an event in a larger venue, our magnificent and historic Ballroom is perfect. It is a highly impressive space that features classic architecture, columns, and a skylight which can be blacked out if required.

The Ballroom is the largest event venue at Phyllis Court. It can be extended for even larger groups by opening the movable acoustic wall to the Finlay Suite. The Ballroom has a portable stage (20ft x 8ft x 1ft), screen, projector, spotlights, a large dance floor, comfort cooling and a full PA system.

There is an abundance of natural daylight thanks to the stunning French windows that open out into the Conservatory and leading onto a private terrace, overlooking the perfectly manicured lawns and the River Thames.

The Ballroom can accommodate a minimum of 80 people for a drinks reception, and meetings from 60 people. The Finlay Suite holds a minimum of 20 people for drinks receptions, lunches and dinners.
