Phyllis Court is a home away from home for our Members to come together. The Club has a distinguished history that can be traced back to 1301 when the building known as Fillets Court was the Manor of Henley-on-Thames.

Today, we have over 3,500 Members, both local and distant and work with Reciprocal Clubs around the world. The grounds are home to a number of dining areas and bars, the Fitness Centre and swimming pool, a Workspace and hotel rooms.

Our dedicated, close-knit team is passionate about the Club and providing the best service to Members. We work as One Team to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact so, if you care about what you do, we want to hear from you!

How do I apply for a role?

Please visit our current opportunities page to check for current vacancies. All applications must be submitted via our application form.

How do I apply to work at Regatta?

Applications will open in April / May 2023 and applications for all positions will be posted on the website.

What are the benefits offered to employees of Phyllis Court Club?

Will you be taking up employment references?

Yes, you will be asked to submit details for two referees when you complete our job application form. References should cover at least the last five years of employment and one referee must be your present or last employer. If this is your first job since leaving full time education, your head-teacher or further education tutor should be given as a referee.

I would like to work for Phyllis Court but there are not jobs currently available that are suitable, what can I do?

How do I apply to work during Henley Royal Regatta?

Applications for casual work during Henley Royal Regatta will open in April. Applications will only be accepted via the application form which will be available on the Regatta Casual Work page from April. Please note, all applicants must be 18 years of age or older to work during Regatta at Phyllis Court - the full list of application criteria can be found on the Regatta Casual Work page.

I wont be 18 years of age or older during Henley Royal Regatta, can I still apply for Regatta Casual work?

Regrettably all applicants must be 18 years of age or old to work during Henley Royal Regatta at Phyllis Court. Applications from those who do meet these criteria cannot be accepted. All application criteria can be found on our Regatta Casual Work page.
